Cosmic Abuela delivers personalized astrology readings via our website and mobile app. Readings are generated using a blend of astronomical calculations and AI language generation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cosmic Abuela. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding.

3. For Entertainment Purposes Only

Cosmic Abuela is an AI-driven astrological simulation designed exclusively for entertainment and novelty purposes. It is not a scientific tool and does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

4. AI Limitations

The V2 engine uses large language models that may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. We make no guarantees about accuracy, and you are responsible for how you interpret or use any content.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with operations.
• Do not harass, abuse, or threaten staff or other users.

6. Pricing & Subscriptions

The email subscription product is $5/month (pricing subject to change). The mobile app is free during beta. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime via the "Manage Subscription" link in your reading emails.

7. Intellectual Property

Cosmic Abuela and its content are owned by us. You may share your personal reading for personal use, but you may not resell or redistribute our content as a product or service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. You can delete your account by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

By using this service, you agree that the creators, developers, and operators of Cosmic Abuela are not liable for decisions, actions, or losses resulting from your use of the content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
